If you work the traditional schedule, you only work 40 hours any given week.
If we account for 8 hours of sleep per day, you will still have 72 hours a week, or 3 full days free to do whatever you want or need to do.
Even if you commute one hour each way, every working day, this only accounts for another 10 hours.
That leaves us with 62 hours per week, every single week to do the things you need and want to do.
You have to try much harder in every aspect of your life simply because you can, and also because for most of us, there is people out there depending on us.
As Eric Thomas, a leading motivational speaker says to younger athletes “your momma is counting on you” so find that DOG inside, he says.
Many parents put their children first, but it typically comes at the cost of their dreams and goals.
You need to try much harder, for your parents, for yourself and for the rest of the world.
You have time for your health, you have time for your friends, family and hobbies, but you need to try much harder, in managing your life and time.
So you have the time, do more and stop lying to yourself.
